The company was founded in 1994 as a subsidiary of the Russian SBS-AGRO Bank, to provide trade financing for companies that wanted to do business in Russia and in the former Soviet Union. ATB was established in Amsterdam in 1994. Since 2001 ATB is part of the Alfa Banking Group.
ATB has been powered by Finastra FusionBanking TI Plus 2.2 for the bank’s trade finance operations. As the technology advancements and functionality enhancements faced swift changes, they wanted to upgrade to the latest version of FusionBanking TI Plus.

PS Global actively partnered with Finastra in delivering the upgrade project to ATB.
